Your car and rental period
Check the car, pick-up and return locations, dates and times. Rental prices are calculated for each started day from the local pick-up time in Bergen.
Driver and driving licence
Provide the correct driver details and a valid driving licence. Driver and licence requirements must be met before the car is handed over.
Price and mileage
The booking summary shows the rental price and selected extras. Standard short-term rentals normally include 200 km per day, with additional kilometres at NOK 5 per km unless otherwise agreed.
Insurance and excess
Standard cover has an excess of NOK 20,000. Smart reduces the excess to NOK 3,000 for NOK 299 per day. The Zero option costs NOK 449 per day. Conditions and exclusions apply; review the cover for your booking.
Deposit
The usual deposit is NOK 3,000. It is separate from the rental price. Deposit arrangements must be completed before handover; the instructions for your booking explain when.
Changes, cancellation and return
Contact Cenaro with your booking reference if you need to change or cancel. Ask us to confirm the applicable conditions. Agree changes to the return time or place before returning the car.
