What is included in the total?
The total depends on your car, rental period, cover and extras. Delivery in Bergen city centre costs NOK 500 each way; Flesland costs NOK 600 each way.
When do I arrange the deposit?
The deposit is handled separately before the rental starts. Follow the timing and instructions shown for your booking, or contact us if anything is unclear.
When is the deposit released?
Contact Cenaro if you need an update on your deposit. The timing depends on the return review and the payment provider; do not treat a bank hold as an immediate refund.
Payment failed or receipt missing?
Send us your booking reference and describe what happened. Never send your full card number or security code by email or message.
