When you arrive
From arrival to the open road.
It starts with a clear agreement. Follow these three steps so you know what to do when you arrive.
Complete your rental agreement
Agree the collection place and time. Follow our instructions about your driving licence, rental agreement and payment.
Read your collection instructions
Once the agreement and payment are in order, we send information about the car and key. Keep it handy when you arrive.
Check the car before setting off
Find the car and collect the key as agreed. Check the car and let us know if anything is wrong before you drive away.
At the end of your trip
A straightforward return.
At the agreed place and time
Follow the return instructions we sent you. Contact us in advance if you need to change the time or place.
Fuel, charging and belongings
Follow your rental agreement for fuel or battery level. Check the car and take all your belongings with you.
Lock the car and return the key
Lock the car and return the key as instructed. Let us know where the car is parked if this has been agreed.

Can I pick up and return at different locations?
Yes, this can be arranged when booking. Tell us where you would like to collect and return, and we will confirm the locations, times and any delivery charges.
How does the key box work?
Keybox collection must be arranged in advance. Once the agreement and payment are in order, we send details of where the key is and how to collect it. Call us if you cannot find the instructions.
What if my flight is delayed?
Let us know by phone or WhatsApp as soon as you know your arrival has changed. We can then confirm the updated time and collection instructions.
What if the agreed parking area is full?
Call us before choosing a different place. We will agree where the car should be parked and how to return the key.
Does the delivery charge cover both ways?
The charge is per journey: NOK 500 each way for central Bergen and NOK 600 each way for Flesland. Delivery and collection at Flesland therefore total NOK 1,200 in addition to the rental. Collection from our base in Åsane is free.
